Introducing The Sol-Ark G45 Gas-Powered Solar Inverters

Welcome to the Future: Gas-Powered Solar Inverters

Sol-Ark G45 Wall Mounted UnitALLEN, TX – APRIL 1, 2025 – In what industry experts are calling “a bold stride backward,” solar technology manufacturer Sol-Ark® unveiled its latest innovation Monday: the G45, the world’s first gas-powered solar inverter to finally free Americans from Tyranny of clean energy.

Billed as the “dirtiest way to power clean energy,” the Sol-Ark G45 merges a 45kW inverter with a 15-horsepower internal combustion engine, making it the only renewable energy product on the market that requires both sunshine and a jerrycan of unleaded. “Solar has always been a little too… smug,” said Sol-Ark VP of Marketing Simon McLean, puffing a Marlboro Red while adjusting the choke on a demo unit. “We wanted to bring back the visceral thrill of lighting your backyard using a roaring engine and the faint scent of fossil fuel despair.”

Available Today Only

The G45, available exclusively on April 1, with retail distribution through participating bait shops, Bass Pro parking lots, and the dark web. Every unit ships with a steel gas can, a pack of beef jerky, and a sticker that reads, “I Make My Own Sunshine, Powered by Gas.” When asked what this means for Sol-Ark’s mission, the  simply smiled and said, “Clean energy was always missing something — noise, danger, and the sweet roar of American irony.”

Key Features of the Sol-Ark® G45 Gas-Powered Inverter:

  1. Pull-Start Ignition – Because pressing a button is for cowards.
  2. Built-in Carbon Counter – Measures how much carbon you’re personally undoing from your solar panels, down to the molecule.
  3. Freedom Mode™ – Switches the inverter to 100% gasoline power when your neighbor installs a Tesla Powerwall.
  4. Bluetooth-Compatible Exhaust – Pipe the sound of an idling Camaro directly into your earbuds.

Aimed at homeowners who “want the benefits of solar but hate the vibe of it,” the G45 includes an optional “Coal Adapter Kit” for roof panels and a touch screen interface that replaces all solar energy production and consumption stats with Friends trivia. “It’s the only inverter that lets you charge your EV while making sure you’re still crushing happy hour trivia” said Cliff W., Sol-Ark’s VP of Product Liberties.

Gas-Powered Solar Inverter Overview & Specs

The Sol-Ark® G45 is the world’s first gas-powered solar hybrid inverter engineered to bridge the gap between renewable energy and your inner combustion enthusiast. Designed for homeowners, preppers, and freedom purists who demand loud energy independence, the G45 combines cutting-edge hybrid solar technology with the satisfying rumble of a small block engine.  “Because sometimes solar needs a little kick in the gas.”

Bold. Loud. Still Eligible for a Tax Credit.

Although the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) refused to certify the G45 and demanded it be kept at least 200 feet from any endangered species, the Department of Energy briefly mistook it for a small refrigerator and awarded it a $50,000 grant. In field tests, the G45 successfully powered a small off-grid cabin, a 3,000-square-foot tactical bunker, and one large tailgate at the University of Houston. Asked about emissions, Cliff W. clarified: “Technically, the G45 produces more carbon than it offsets, but if you stand real far back, it feels like progress.”

Make my own sunshine.

Reactions from the Renewable Energy World

Solar purists have reacted with horror. A spokesperson from the Sierra Club called the G45 “a hate crime against the sun,” while Greenpeace issued a press release consisting entirely of screaming. Still, early adopters are lining up. “It’s perfect,” said one Florida man already installing a G45 on his boat trailer. “I get the tax write-off and the smell of gasoline in the morning. My HOA can’t stop me now.”
