The equipment is excellent. I installed a 15k inverterand it is really amazing. Very easy to install. However what makes Sol-Ark to stand up is their custumer service. Woao, everytime I call they answer very quick and are so eager and professional to help. They spend the necessary time to answer your questions and are highly competent. Amazing customer service.

When designing a solar solution for my new build I considered many inverters but all others required a complex interconnection of devices to give me solar, transfer switch, battery backup and generator interface. The Sol-Ark 15K gave me all that in one box. This allowed me to have an electrician install it that is not trained in solar systems. Having it all in one box also means all the integration of the various parts is already done and takes up a lot less wall space. It is now installed and working great.

I became hooked on the Sol Ark 8K inverter from my internet research on all of the inverters on the market. I did my own solar design/installation and chose the Sol Ark based on the all-in-one integration, the sophisticated battery charging algorithms, user interface for the unit, and the warranty. Installation was well outlined in the manual and I did not encounter any issues during the installation process. I really appreciate the graphical display on the unit and the ease of adjusting the settings. I also just like to "geek out" watching the energy flow on the display in real-time. The system is now operational and I remain very impressed with the Sol Ark inverter. I plan to do another system soon and will definitely purchase another Sol Ark for that installation.
