A certified Six Sigma Black Belt and an Automation and Control Professional, Boby spent over 30+ years in the industry working for Tata Group (TCE), Honeywell International and Mactus Automation (As Co-Founder and CEO). Boby holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NITC), India.
At Honeywell, Boby was the Senior Director of Engineering for Automation & Control Solutions overseeing a group of 2,500+ engineers involved in automation and control product engineering for applications in industrial, commercial and residential markets. At Mactus, Boby built a business to provide automation, control and compliance management products and solutions to Indian and international companies in the areas of life sciences, healthcare and food processing industries.
Boby has decades of experience in multidisciplinary NPD/NPI, global engineering site leadership and business leadership. Boby has undergone management development programs at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) as well as many corporate training programs for executive leadership at Honeywell.
